Time frame

Our products are currently on a made-to-order basis. This means that once you place your order, our craftsman will begin your pair of Bertleys. As each pair is 100% handmade, we will need 2 weeks from the ordered date to complete your pair of Bertleys, package it, and have it ready for our trusted couriers to collect.

Areas

Orders are shipped to major cities such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban. Outlying areas might take slightly longer.

Delivery Changes

Once your order has been placed, Bertleys is unable to change or update the delivery address.

Stock

If an item is out of stock, it should reflect as such on our website.

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of online shopping there is an opportunity for an order to go through for an item that is out of stock. If for whatsoever reason the item you ordered is out of stock, our sales team will immediately notify you.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within the major areas. 

Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major South African holidays.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Bertleys.

International (Non-SA.) Shipping

We charge a flat rate of R1000 for all international shipments and R350 to neighbouring countries. This will automatically be added when you place your order on our website. 

VERY IMPORTANT:
Please note that you may be asked to pay tax and duties to the tax authorities of the specific country upon import of the goods. For more info regarding this, feel free to send an email to info@bertleys.co.za
